TERMS AND CONDITIONS |

Bookings - are subject to these conditions except by prior arrangements confirmed in writing.
Telephone and Email bookings will be held for seven days to allow for receipt of the initial deposit. The balance of the total hire charge must be paid for six weeks before the beginning of the hire period, failing which the deposit may be forfeited and the hire cancelled at our sole discretion. We cannot undertake to send reminders. When bookings are made eight weeks or less in advance, the whole of the hire charge must be paid on booking.
Damage Deposit - Unlike most holiday lets we do not request a damages deposit. We realise that accidents do happen and rely on the honesty of our guests to replace any larger items damaged.
Hire Periods - hiring runs from 4 p.m. on the first Saturday to 10:00am on the last Saturday. Fuel and Cleaning - hire charges are inclusive of gas, electricity, heating and water. Hirers are expected to leave the holiday accommodation clean and tidy. We ask you to undertake a reasonable amount of cleaning prior to your departure. The property should be left, as you would wish to find it.
Linen - the property has duvets, pillows, towels and tea towels. All bed linen is inclusive of the hire charge and is provided at the beginning of your stay. The hirer should provide items such as face-cloths and all toiletries.
Facilities - every effort has been made to ensure that the description of the property and the nearby facilities are accurate. However, we can accept no liability for any changes. The use of the accommodation and the facilities is entirely at the hirer's risk. Hirers and their parties leave their personal belongings in or around the property entirely at their own risk and we cannot accept responsibilities for any injuries or losses however caused.
Unforeseeable Circumstances - bookings are made on the understanding that the accommodation will be available for the specified dates. If due to circumstances beyond our control, this is not possible; every effort will be made to provide alternative accommodation. Failing this, we will make a prompt and full refund of all the money paid in full and final settlement.
Cancellation Charges - in the event of a cancellation by the hirer, a charge will be made as follows: More than 10 weeks before the holiday - 20% of the total cost. 10 - 4 weeks before the start of the holiday - 50% of the total cost. Less than 4 weeks before the start of the holiday - 100% of the total cost.
If it is possible to re-let the property after cancellation, the cancellation charge will be refunded.
Insurance - We recommend that hirers arrange appropriate holiday insurance. Don't forget your E111 for health cover in France. (Available from the Post Office.)
Problems - If there are any problems or difficulties arising during your stay, we will make every effort to resolve them as quickly as possible. We are on site! |
